The last thing that you want to do is to put all your efforts into a business that will not be profitable. The reason that you see many restaurants and businesses opening with a soft launch is that they want to make sure that there are no bugs or problems with their business model. This can be a very effective way to get your first few customers. You will then be armed with a great deal of learnings on what worked and what didn’t. You can then apply what you have learned on a larger scale and dramatically increase the number of customers you are able to get.
7. Learn from any mistakes
If there is anything that didn’t work, don’t focus on it too much. Learn and move on. By dwelling on any failures or roadblocks that you encounter you will lose sight of the goal you are hoping to achieve and potentially miss out on a sale.
